1719 East Franklin Project
1719 East Franklin St, currently the home of JewFro Restaurant is the oldest commercial structure still in use in Richmond. Constructed in 1817, the building has unique architectural features including exposed brick walls, spiral staircase, wood ceiling beams, and large glass windows.
Our team, led by Roberto Gonzalez, had the pleasure of retrofitting the building with a new HVAC unit. Fun to work in a building with so much history.
