By becoming a Planned Maintenance Agreement customer you will have a plan that will be customized to your equipment and specifications. This will ensure your homes heating and air conditioning equipment is running at peak efficiency all year long. Our service contract provides bi-annual checkups tailored to your requests. There are various options you can choose to include in these visits. The technician assigned to your account will go over the benefits of each one in your initial visit. They will be scheduled at your convenience in the Spring and Fall. These check ups can prevent costly repairs and prolong the life of your equipment. However if you do have an unexpected repair during your contracted time you will be able to take advantage of the following benefits:
• Priority Placement – Your call will be placed in the front of all non-contracted customers.
• 20% off any service call - This will be deducted from the labor rate
• Discounted System Replacement – Discount will be based on your contract and the system purchased
• Technician Assigned Accounts – You will be guaranteed that the same person will be servicing your unit each visit.
